Be careful when looking, some suppliers sell refurbished systems with older core Intel CPU and motherboards in nice shiney new cases, they look new, and they sell them as such. How much does a Custom PC Cost?

It all depends on what level of gaming system you are looking for, the faster you want your PC to be, the more it will cost. For the cheapest entry level PC, you would be looking at around £500, mid range would be between a £600 to £800, and for High End Systems you would be looking at something between £1000 to £1500. All our prices include VAT.

Are Custom Computers upgradeable?

In theory ALL PCs are upgradeable, but things change fast in the world of Computing. The biggest problem is that by the time you come to think about upgrading, some components like the CPU might not be available any more,and upgrading to a newer CPU might mean a newmotherboard and memory. There is also power to consider, what is a good enough power supply for your current gaming system, might not be good enough for the more powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card you want to upgrade to. If you are thinking that you may want to upgrade in the future, talk to us, and we can help you make somechoices now, that may make the upgrade process easier in the future.

Do I need a SSD?

There was a time when everybody would say a standard Hard Drive is all you need, and you don't need a SSD. But things have changed.. the things we use our PCs for are becoming more demanding, and how long something takes is huge if using a standard drive compared to a SSD drive. So we would advise that you have a SSD drive in your custom system. A M.2 NVMe SSD drive is the best option,as these are way faster than standard sata SSD drives, and the larger the M.2 SSD drive, the faster it runs.. So make sure you choose a SSD.

What Accessories do I need?

At a minimum you will need a keyboard, mouse and monitor. If your budget is tight then you can use standard ones,or even a standard TV if you dont have a monitor. If you are gaming, you may want to look at gaming specific keyboards, mice and gaming monitors to work with your gaming desktop.

How long will it take to get delivery of my PC?

We Build all our systems to order, free fast delivery of your Customised PC will be around 5-7 days after you buy. If you need a PC faster, have a look at our PreBuilt PCs which are available on a Next Day Delivery.

Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

Sorry, but we only ship our PCs to the UK.

Do your Custom PCs have Warranty Cover?

Yes, all our PCs are covered by our Bronze warranty as standard, this covers the PC against hardware faults, and covers parts, labour and postage costs for the first year, then labour costs in years 2 and 3. Because we cover postage costs for the full year, we ask that you keep all the PC packaging just in case your PC ever has to come back. Warranty can be extended to cover everything for 2 or 3 years when you are placing your order.

Will the PC be tested?

Yes, ALL the PCs we build are fully tested for at least 24 hours before shipping to ensure the stability of the system.
